Antonia Stephenson - Director of Operations and Finance, EV Battery Solutions - will be joining the panel for the session “Shifting the tide – what is needed for Europe and the UK to lead the battery market?”. Representing Cox Automotive’s specialist battery repair capability through EV Battery Solutions, Antonia will bring a repair‑first perspective to the discussion, sharing how extending battery life through repair and remanufacture can help reduce costs, build supply chain resilience and support a more sustainable EV ecosystem.
Drawing on Cox Automotive’s deep operational insight, her contribution will connect practical, real‑world experience with the wider conversation around localisation, affordability and scalability in the battery supply chain. Through this lens, Antonia will highlight how circular approaches can play a meaningful role in strengthening Europe’s competitiveness in the global EV market.
