1) Ethnic Minority and Black ERG

We’re proud to be a company with team members and customers from a range of diverse cultures and backgrounds. So, our recently launched ethnic minority and black employee resource group has been created to allow our team members from all backgrounds to come together to celebrate, educate, inspire, and embrace diversity across our business.

2) Women With Drive

Women with Drive exists to celebrate the work of women in the automotive industry. It is an inclusive movement built to support female achievements, aspirations and successes, with a ‘think big’ attitude and a space for every voice. Since our launch on International Women’s Day 2016, our regular events have empowered women and men in the Cox Automotive team, championing equality and ambition both in and out of the workplace.


During Pride Month this year, we were proud to launch our LGBTQ+ employee resource group alongside our colleagues in North America, Australia, New Zealand, and Brazil. Like our ethnic minority and black ERG, the purpose of the LGBTQ+ ERG will be to educate, empower and connect team members and allies across the organisation as well as helping drive change to make Cox Automotive a more inclusive environment for everyone.

4) Can I say that? campaign

Earlier his year we launched our “Can I Say That?” campaign which aims to encourage every team member across Cox Automotive to find out more about each other’s differences and bust stereotypes. We want to celebrate diversity within our workplace and inspire action for real change that helps create an inclusive organisation.

5) Always learning

Part of creating an inclusive workplace that fully accepts everyone’s individuality is admitting that there is always more we can do. That’s why during International Inclusion Week we have embraced the power of education by encouraging our team members to join workshops and webinars run by experts in the field of inclusion, diversity and equity.
