Manheim has signed a new four-year solus supply contract with Hendy Group, one of the UK’s largest multi-franchise dealership networks.

The agreement sees the continuation of a successful 20-year partnership between Manheim Auction Services and Hendy Group for the remarketing of vehicles from all retail outlets across its three state-of-the-art facilities at Bristol, Wimbledon, and Birmingham. In addition, Manheim Vehicle Services will now provide Hendy Group with new car preparation from its state-of-the-art pre delivery inspection (PDI) facility in Bruntingthorpe, Leicestershire, for fleet vehicles.
 
Parent company Cox Automotive will provide additional support through its Codeweavers, Movex, and eVA businesses as part of an integrated solution to help power Hendy Group’s digital retail offer. In the case of eVA, this will ensure a consistent approach to in-store and online valuations across the wider business. The provision equips Hendy Group with the tools it requires to continue its digital-first approach to vehicle retail.
 
The agreement with Cox Automotive comes at an important moment for Hendy Group, as it targets future growth by expanding both its physical and online presence. As Hendy Group continues to grow its online operation, the new partnership with Cox Automotive will form an integral part of its business model and growth strategy.
